PENTAX- AWS™ VIDEO LARYNGOSCOPE
The Pentax Airway Video Scope (AWS) allows anyone to perform an endotracheal intubation easier. Difficult airways are faster and simpler. The Pentax - AWS™ features an ergonomic handle, a large 2.4" color LCD, an imaging CCD and LED light. The Pentax - AWS™ provides a bright crisp clear display, helping the practitioner to clearly view anatomy and obstructions. A unique targeting display allows the user to place the tube accurately while minimizing patient trauma. The display can be adjusted to accommodate different angles. A unique disposable laryngoscope blade locks into place to protect the fiberoptic scope as well as to facilitate intubation. Best of all a stylet is not required. A suction catheter can be inserted through the blade to permit aspiration of secretions. The Pentax AWS™ is compatible with a wide range of endotracheal tube sizes. Ideal for use in anesthesia, ER, EMS, ICU or anywhere intubations are performed, the Pentax Video Laryngoscope makes anyone an expert. The Pentax Airway scope is also excellent as a teaching tool, it can be easily connected to a monitor for larger viewing, while retaining its high resolution imaging. Uses just 2 "AA" batteries. With the Pentax - AWS fast and accurate placement of endotracheal tubes is possible while patient trauma is minimized.
