INTUBATION AIDS
PATIL-SYRACUSE FACE MASK
The Patil-Syracuse mask is a modified facemask permitting the use of a fiberoptic scope while ventilating the patient. Especially useful for teaching purposes, the Patil-Syracuse mask aids in the identification of anatomical landmarks. When used with the Patil-Syracuse Oral Airway or the Williams Airway Intubator, intubation can be accomplished without interference to ventilation.
