Introducing a significant advancement in the Endobronchial tube!
The Silbroncho is a 100% Silicone Double Lumen Tube. Silicone is a superior bio material to PVC. The soft flexible tip flexes during intubation. Silicone cuffs are more durable and less subject to ripping or tearing on the teeth during intubation. The wire reinforced tip provides flexibility while also assisting in x-ray verification of placement. The cuff has been moved closer to the tip, to provide increased depth of placement.
