New The Episure™ AutoDetect Syringe is an innovative loss of resistance syringe that provides objective visual confirmation to let you know when you have entered the epidural space. The Episure™ Auto Detect Syringe features a precisely engineered spring that keeps a constant pressure on the syringe plunger regardless of the amount of saline drawn into the syringe. When the epidural space is entered, the syringe plunger automatically depresses providing visual confirmation as to needle placement.
The Episure™ AutoDetect LOR Syringe:
• PROVIDES INCREASED CONTROL AND SENSITIVITY - The anesthetist can use both
hands to advance the needle, providing for a better "feel".
• NO CHANGE IN TECHNIQUE - You perform epidurals the way you are accustomed to.
The syringe provides a visual indication when you enter the epidural space.
